We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to collect, maintain, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights that drive informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analysis, visualization, statistical techniques, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration to solve complex business challenges.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field — or minimum 7+ years of equivalent work experience in data analysis.
- At least 7+ years of experience in data analysis and data visualization tools.
- Proven experience in data collection, maintenance, cleaning, and analysis.
- Strong proficiency with business intelligence tools and databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong SQL and database query skills.
- Experience writing technical reports for company-wide use.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written, verbal, telephone).
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and field projects.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of machine learning and data mining techniques.
- Advanced data visualization experience.
- Experience with statistical programming languages (Python, R).
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Industry experience in finance, healthcare, retail, or technology.
