We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to develop and execute comprehensive test plans, automate testing processes, and validate the functionality, performance, and security of software packages. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test automation frameworks, multiple testing environments, defect tracking, and collaboration with development teams to ensure system stability and timely release cycles.
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
- Experience in software quality assurance and test reporting.
- Strong understanding and experience with Java and Python languages.
- Experience with defect tracking systems such as Jira.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to work in a secure, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
- Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Active Secret Clearance required, with TS/SCI eligibility.
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in testing DoD or federal government platforms.
- Experience with cloud-based testing environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing tools.
- Experience with performance testing and security testing tools.
