Salesforce Consultant

Sales & Service Cloud configuration and customization.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to drive the development, optimization, and technical implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep Salesforce development expertise, strong understanding of enterprise service delivery, and experience building scalable solutions for employee workflows, case management, self-service portals, and knowledge management operations.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of Salesforce development experience (or 5+ years with strong enterprise experience).
  • 2+ years focused on Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and enterprise case management solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD tools, and Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience configuring Service Cloud components (Cases, Web Forms, Knowledge Articles).
  • Experience with Experience Cloud sites and employee portal experiences.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and API design.

Preferred qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications preferred: Admin, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant.
  • Experience with enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft.
  • Experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, Cognito).
  • Familiarity with authentication solutions and enterprise security platforms.
  • Knowledge of compliance, security standards, and PII data protection in enterprise environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Experience with employee service workflows and internal portal development.
