The SAP FI/CO Analyst will be responsible for supporting, enhancing, and maintaining SAP Finance and Controlling solutions in alignment with business needs. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders across business and technology teams to ensure stable operations, effective issue resolution, and successful delivery of enhancements and projects.
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO support, configuration, and implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO modules in ECC environments.
- Experience supporting core finance and controlling processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
- Experience participating in full lifecycle SAP implementations and post-go-live support.
- Strong understanding of financial and management accounting processes.
- Experience creating functional requirements, test cases, and system documentation.
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor and also collaborate effectively with business and IT teams.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred qualifications
- S/4HANA experience is a plus.
- Experience with consolidation tools such as BPC or similar platforms is preferred.
- Exposure to VIM, P2P, or related finance-integrated solutions is a plus.
- Experience in the finance industry is preferred.
- Ability to engage directly with business stakeholders in a professional and transparent manner.
