We are seeking an experienced SAP Tester / QA Analyst to lead testing activities across SAP functional modules and integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in manual and automated testing, test planning, test case development, defect management, and end-to-end support of SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in SAP testing and quality assurance.
- Strong experience in SAP functional module testing (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, EWM, WM, or other modules).
- Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementation testing including SIT, UAT, and go-live support.
- Strong understanding of test management, test coverage, and quality standards.
- Experience creating test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
- Proficiency with testing tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, Tricentis, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- SAP certification(s) in testing or functional modules preferred.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA testing or transformation projects.
- Exposure to Agile testing methodologies.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
- Background in performance testing for SAP modules.
- Familiarity with Unix commands, SQL scripting, or basic ABAP debugging for testing support.
- Industry experience in finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics.
